Intercellular Cell Dynamics Analysis System (Web Interface)

Data used for experiments in our TIP paper, "Hidden Markov Model based Weighted Likelihood Discriminant for 2D Shape Classification". Cartesian coordinates of each point on the perimeter of the shape are stored as MATLAB 6.5 data files. Command plot(x(:,1),x(:,2)) will plot the data stored as variable x which is Nx2 matrix.  N is the perimeter of the shape. DOWNLOAD
